We will try our best to make sure the Nike Shoes shipped to our customers are in the best condition.
Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem, without you having to send anything back.
1. Return and full refund
--Products with quality problems, if notified in 5 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.
--Customer will need to send the products back to us(Customer must pay the shipping fee), when we receive the products, we will give you a full refund.
2. Replacement
Exchanges can be made on defective or damaged merchandise.
Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect, wrong color/size was sent, or any mistake made on the part of us.
--Products with quality problems, if notified within 5 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.
--Customer will need to send the products back to us(Customer must pay the shipping fee), when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.
3. Return and partial refund.
We cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:
“Colors are darker/lighter than pictured, item had minor color differences from the picture.”
“The product is not what I'd imagine it to be.
“I am not satisfied with this product.”
--We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
